The basics
26 Labs (26labs.fun) is an early-stage project run from India. You must be 18 or older to create an account or play. If you use 26 Labs for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your account and handle
- One person, one account. Keep your email and sign-in methods secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Handles are 5–20 characters: letters, numbers, underscores and dots. Some names are reserved for the site.
- You can change your handle once every 30 days. Your old handle is held for you for 30 days, and links to it redirect to your new one; after that anyone may claim it.
- We may remove or change a handle, name or bio that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is offensive.
Fair play
The server keeps score, and the leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays it straight. So:
- No bots, scripts or automation to play, vote or collect likes.
- No second accounts, account sharing or trading likes.
- No exploiting bugs. Found one? Tell us and we'll thank you.
- No attacks on the site, scraping at scale, or getting around rate limits.
Jailbreak Tower is the one place where breaking a bot is the point: it tests fictional personas, within the game. The code of conduct covers the rest.
Your content
Your prompts, chats, entries, bio and other content stay yours. You give 26 Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and share them to run the site: on your profile, leaderboards, share cards and event pages. Prompt Wars prompts stay hidden until the event closes, then they are revealed with the entries.
You also agree that your gameplay may be used, after we anonymise it, for research and datasets, which we may share or publish, as the privacy notice explains. That licence for anonymised data continues after you close your account.
Only submit content you have the right to, and never other people's personal information.
AI outputs
Games use AI models. Their outputs can be wrong, strange or offensive, and Tower personas are fictional characters. Nothing an AI says here is advice. If you reuse an output outside 26 Labs, that's your call and your responsibility.
Prizes and badges
Points, ranks, leagues and badges are for bragging rights. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred, unless an event's own written rules say otherwise. We may reset seasons, correct scores and remove results or prizes won by breaking these terms.
Suspension and closing
You can stop using 26 Labs at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the code of conduct, or put others at risk, and we'll tell you why where we can. We may also change or shut down features: this is an early-stage project and things will move.
No guarantees
26 Labs is free and provided “as is”, without warranties. It may be down, slow or buggy. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law that can't be waived.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first: most things get sorted over email.
Changes and contact
